Soozier Magnetic Folding Rowing Machine Review
The Soozier is a rowing machine that can be used by kids and adults alike. Assembly is not hard, but due to the design, it will be a lot easier if you have someone to help you with the assembly process. If you plan on trying to assemble the unit on your own, be prepared for a struggle.
Once you have the unit all ready to go, you’ll be shocked by how quiet it is when in operation.
Users that are over 6’ tall will find that their knees will be very bent when rowing, so if you’re over 6’2”, this may not be the best model for you. A maximum weight limit of 220 pounds is featured, so most users will be able to use this rower without any issues.
Inexpensive and compact, one of the things we really liked about this unit is that it can be folded upright for easy storage – a major bonus for smaller areas.
When sitting down for the first time, you’ll find that the foot pedals are larger in size to accommodate users of all sizes, and the adjustable straps will keep your feet in place during the entire rowing session.
The contoured seat is comfortable, and the angled design makes rowing natural and comfortable.
Below the padded handles, you’ll find the resistance knob, which allows you to switch among eight different resistance levels. Right above the resistance knob, you’ll find the onboard display. This display will be an integral part of every rowing session, and it’s an ABS monitor.
Users will be able to view how long they’ve been rowing, calories burned, total count, count and scan. There are just three buttons on the unit, so you’ll be able to start rowing quickly without the hassle of a complicated monitor.
And on the ends of the unit, there are rubber “feet” which allow the unit to be safely placed on hardwood floors.
- Highly affordable
- Adequate resistance levels
- Very quiet when in use
- Folds upright for easy storage
- Not ideal for taller users
- Assembly requires two people
This is a great, budget rowing machine that is ideal for the home user. Anyone who wants a truly advanced rowing machine will want to look at some of the other models we recommend. But if you’re just getting started rowing, this is a great option.
The resistance levels are more than adequate, the unit can hold 220 pounds and it folds away for easy storage.
If you’re looking for an affordable rower that will be able to help you maximize your fitness level and lose weight, the Soozier is a great option.
